刪除 Casanagi 帳號與資料

即使你已移除手機 App，也可以用瀏覽器刪除帳號，不必重新安裝。你可以選擇「立即永久刪除」，或保留恢復機會的「申請刪除」。
如何提出申請
- 開啟 Casanagi 網頁版並登入你的帳號。
- 進入「設定 → 安全與帳號」，選擇「立即永久刪除」或「刪除帳號」（可恢復），依畫面輸入自己的帳號 ID 確認。
- 立即永久刪除成功後不能恢復；若選可恢復模式，設定頁會顯示預定日期，冷靜期內可在同一處取消。
商店訂閱要另外取消：刪除帳號不會取消你在 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱。請先到購買的商店取消訂閱（iPhone：設定 › 你的名字 › 訂閱項目；Android：Play 商店 › 個人資料圖示 › 付款和訂閱 › 訂閱），以免繼續扣款。
何時刪除、哪些資料會刪除
立即永久刪除：確認後在這次操作中清除帳號及相關雲端資料，不經 30 天冷靜期或方案保留期，無法恢復。若外部儲存服務暫時失敗，畫面會顯示未完成並可重試，不能把失敗當成已刪除。
可恢復模式：申請後有 30 天冷靜期，可取消；期滿帳號停用。停用後，帳號及相關雲端內容依當時方案再保留：免費版 90 天、買斷版 180 天、訂閱方案 365 天。保留期內登入可恢復；期滿後永久刪除。
跟別人共用的資料會留下：你在共用資料庫裡記的帳、上傳到共享相簿的照片等屬於那個資料庫，刪除帳號後留給其他成員，記錄者顯示為「帳號不存在」。只屬於你的私人資料（私人帳、只有自己看得到的照片、健康紀錄、私人聯絡人、隨手記）會刪除。
若帳號涉及尚須結算的合作佣金，必要的帳務紀錄會去識別化留存，不保留可登入帳號；你自行下載或匯出的檔案及其他裝置上的快取，需自行清除。
若你擁有的家庭還有其他成員，須先轉讓或移出成員；若有進行中的協商，也須先完成。這些限制會在刪除畫面說明。完整資料處理方式見隱私權政策。
Account and data deletion
You can delete your account without reinstalling the app. Sign in on the Casanagi website, then go to Settings → Security & Account. Choose “Delete permanently now” or the recoverable “Delete account” option and confirm with your account ID.
If you cannot sign in, email support@casanagi.app from or about your registered email address. We will verify account ownership before responding. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or ID photos.
“Delete permanently now” removes the account and associated cloud data in the current operation, without a cooling-off or restoration period. If an external storage operation fails, deletion is reported as incomplete and can be retried. With the recoverable option, you may cancel during the 30-day cooling-off period. The account is then deactivated; associated cloud data is retained for another 90 days (free), 180 days (lifetime purchase), or 365 days (subscription), according to the plan at deactivation. You can restore the account during that period. See our privacy policy for details.
If a partner commission still requires settlement, necessary accounting records are retained in de-identified form, without an account that can sign in. Files you exported and caches on other devices must be cleared separately.
